We are seeking a highly skilled Solution/Technical Architect with strong expertise in open-source technologies.

The ideal candidate will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of large-scale, high-performance, and secure platforms leveraging Java, Node.js, and microservices architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the technical architecture for enterprise-grade, scalable solutions on open-source platforms.

- Lead the design of microservices-based architectures, ensuring modularity, performance, and maintainability.

- Drive performance tuning strategies for high-volume, low-latency platforms.

- Ensure adherence to security best practices, compliance requirements, and secure coding standards.

- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to establish cloud-native solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Evaluate and adopt open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools to optimize solution design.

- Mentor developers and enforce coding, testing, and architectural standards.

- Conduct proof of concepts (PoCs) for new frameworks and approaches.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in an architect role.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js, REST, GraphQL.

- Proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

- Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Hands-on experience in performance optimization, caching strategies (Redis, Memcached), and database tuning NoSQL).

- Strong understanding of security principles, OWASP, and identity management (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, OpenID Connect).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
