Key Responsibilities :

Team Collaboration :

Quality & Operations :

- Plan and execute validation for your systems, ensuring repeatable and traceable practices while understanding common failure points.

- Understand testing coverage and common failure points, contributing to documentation to ensure the team learns from every incident.

- Identify recurring operational issues (e.g., latency, throughput bottlenecks) and propose improvements to our cloud-native environment.

Tech Stack :

- RUST, RESTful APIs, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Cloud native.

Required Skills :

- Experience : 5 - 8 years of professional software development experience.

- Domain Knowledge : A deep understanding of the business, user needs, and the technical landscape. You can learn new business logic efficiently and mentor others on our systems and practices.

- Rust Expertise : Deep professional experience building and scaling applications using Rust.

- Cloud Native Background : Proven track record migrating applications from on-prem to cloud (AWS, Kubernetes, or similar tools).

Preferred Skills :

- Previous experience with billing, financial systems, or high-volume payment gateways.

- Experience in a formal or informal technical leadership role (Team Lead or Lead Engineer).
