We are looking for an experienced ETL / Pentaho Developer to manage and support customer communication and data processing workflows.

The role involves working closely with business users and vendors to design, develop, test, and deploy data-driven communications using Pentaho and SQL-based databases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support Pentaho ETL applications and related communication workflows

- Handle Pentaho-related communications, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors

- Develop and optimize SQL queries across multiple databases

- Create and maintain SMS and Email templates based on business requirements

- Perform testing and validation of customer communications to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Understand business requirements from users and translate them into technical solutions

- Coordinate with vendors for CCM (Customer Communication Management) related communications

- Ensure timely delivery and issue resolution for communication campaigns

- Maintain documentation and follow best practices for data handling and communication processes

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4.5 to 5.5 years of hands-on experience in ETL development and support

- Strong experience with Pentaho ETL tools

- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries across multiple database platforms

- Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL

- Good understanding of SMS and Email communication workflows

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors

- Good communication and requirement-gathering skills
