We are looking for a Business Process Management Specialist with expertise in process modeling, optimization, and documentation, along with strong analytical and communication skills and experience in international environments.

This role focuses on consulting and optimization within Business Process Management (BPM). You will be responsible for analyzing business processes and quality standards to identify improvement opportunities and implement corresponding measures. The position involves working on international projects and teams, with a strong focus on process modeling, documentation, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze existing business processes and quality standards to identify areas for improvement and define optimization measures.

- Provide consulting support and develop process methodologies using EPC (Event-Driven Process Chains) and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).

- Model and document business processes using the ARIS BPM tool.

- Develop concepts for enhancing processes and quality standards within complex business areas.

- Design comprehensive process maps and data structures to support IT process digitalization initiatives.

- Implement and document complex process optimization projects.

- Ensure successful process implementation and adherence to defined standards.

- Monitor compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate guidelines in process design.

- Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams and higher-level organizational units.

- Provide subject matter expertise and support during internal and external audits or reviews.

- Serve as a process consultant and key contact within the assigned area of responsibility.

- Design and implement measures to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent higher education).

- Certification in Business Process Management, preferably ARIS-certified.

- Several years of experience working in international projects and teams.

- Proven expertise in cross-functional and virtual collaboration.

- Strong background in BPM consulting and process modeling, ideally with ARIS.

- Advanced skills in process automation and a deep understanding of process design and analysis.

- Experience in process management documentation and maintaining process repositories.

- High level of initiative, reliability, and a solution-oriented, self-organized work style.

- Quick comprehension of complex and new subject areas.

- Experience working with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Strong quality, service, and results orientation.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong process-oriented mindset and the ability to think systematically.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
