The Opportunity :
We are seeking a Staff Workday Integration Developer to join our dynamic HR Technology team. In this pivotal role, you will be directly responsible for the development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations, reports, and dashboards.
You will play a key role in aligning our Workday solutions with critical HR modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Talent, contributing significantly to our technology roadmap.
What You Will Do :
- Drive Workday Implementations : Lead projects for new Workday functionality based on the defined technology roadmap.
- Integration Development & Management : Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio) to optimize business processes across the enterprise.
- Technical System Activities : Execute technical system configurations including security fundamentals, Business Process (BP) changes, calculated fields, and report writing.
- Reporting & Analytics : Develop and enhance Workday reports and dashboards, including Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).
- System Support : Provide comprehensive day-to-day system support, troubleshooting and resolving Workday-related issues efficiently.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct and coordinate thorough testing of new features, upgrades, and functionalities.
- Data Integrity : Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular audits and testing.
- Strategic Influence : Contribute subject matter expertise to shape the HR Technology roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
- Training & Development : Participate in and develop training sessions as needed to support Workday adoption and understanding.
Required Skills, Experience & Education :
- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field. Master's degree preferred.
- HR & Workday Experience : 6+ years of overall experience supporting HR functions and Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
- Workday Integration Expertise : 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday integrations, including EIB Inbound/Outbound, Core Connectors, XSLT transformations, and Workday Studio.
- Payroll Integration : 3+ years of experience with PECI/PICOF and implementing payroll integrations with Workday.
- Implementation Lifecycle : Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workday implementation experience.
- Support & Enhancements : Proven ability to handle support issues and lead enhancement projects effectively.
- Reporting & Analytics Proficiency : Expertise in Workday Reporting & Dashboards, including BIRT, custom fields, custom reports, and calculated fields.
- Web Services : Proficient in web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML).
- Workday Configuration : Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security, and Report Writer.
- Certifications (Plus) : Workday Integration and Workday Studio certifications are a significant plus.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills.
- Communication & Collaboration : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels and influence consensus.
