The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Customer Focus Team within the Data Compliance Business Unit, specifically working on our SaaS offering, the Arctera Insight Platform.

In This Role, You Will :

- Be an integral part of the Customer Focus Team for the Data Compliance Business Unit, with a primary focus on the SaaS Offering Arctera Insight Platform.

- Handle complex customer issues, collaborating closely with our Support, Product Management, and other Engineering Teams to diagnose and resolve production problems that necessitate code or design changes.

- Analyze intricate problems thoroughly and propose effective technical solutions to meet stringent product and service requirements.

- Refine, design, and implement high-quality software components that align perfectly with technical specifications and architectural guidelines.

- Tackle sophisticated challenges that demand deep analysis of various factors, demonstrating dynamic and adaptable problem-solving skills.

- Exercise sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods, tools, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes efficiently and effectively.

- Collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across diverse technical domains, fostering a cohesive and productive environment.

Minimum Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in software development, preferably with a focus on SaaS products.

- Proficient programming and debugging skills in C++, C#, JavaScript, and AngularJS.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.

- Good understanding of file systems, storage solutions, cloud technologies, and current industry standards and best practices.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality product components with a strong emphasis on robust implementation.

- Strong grasp of API development principles and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.

Highly Desirable Qualifications :

- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and the Graph API is a strong advantage.

- A strong understanding of cloud-based IaaS/PaaS architectures and microservices design
