Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and strong hands-on Java Developer with 5 - 8 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Algorithms, and Application Security, with hands-on experience implementing JWT-based authentication and authorization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures and distributed applications.

- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs following industry best practices.

- Develop secure APIs using Spring Security, JWT, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and secure user/service authentication.

- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and production-ready code.

- Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving to develop efficient solutions.

- Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

- Troubleshoot complex application issues and perform debugging and performance optimization.

- Ensure applications follow security, coding, scalability, and performance best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, product, and other engineering teams.

- Take end-to-end ownership of features from design and development through deployment and production support.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5 - 8 years of professional software development experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java

- Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17+

- Excellent experience with Spring Boot

- Strong experience in Microservices Architecture

- Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs

- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

- Hands-on experience with Spring Security

- Strong understanding of Authentication, Authorization, JWT, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Secure API development

- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, exception handling, and multithreading

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Strong coding ability with experience writing production-grade applications

Good to Have :

- Experience with OAuth2 / OpenID Connect

- Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP

- Experience with JUnit/Mockito and automated testing
