About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Python + React Developer who can work across the stack with strong front-end expertise. The ideal candidate is a hands-on coder who is comfortable owning features end-to-end, collaborating directly with clients, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (backend) and React.js (frontend).

- Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and reusable code.

- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with strong attention to detail.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, product, and clients) to deliver features on time.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5 to 7 years of strong, hands-on experience in Python development.

- Solid expertise in React.js and modern front-end development (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).

- Proven coding proficiency not just architectural or leadership experience.

- Excellent communication skills, with prior client-facing experience (requirement gathering, status updates, stakeholder management).

- Ability to work independently and deliver in a hybrid work model.

- Immediate availability to join (no notice period).

Good to Have :

- Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL integration.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
