Role : SAP Techno-Functional Consultant.


About the Role :


We are seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Expert to support the implementation, integration, and optimisation of the AppZen Autonomous AP (Accounts Payable) solution within our existing SAP landscape.

This role requires deep functional knowledge of SAP P2P/AP processes, combined with hands-on technical capabilities to ensure seamless integration, data flow, and process automation across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

SAPAppZen Integration & Configuration :


- Lead end-to-end integration between SAP and AppZen Autonomous AP, including API connectivity, data mapping, interface monitoring, and error resolution.

- Support configuration of SAP modules (MM, FI, AP) to align with AppZen functional requirements.

- Validate master data and transactional data readiness.

- Ensure accurate automated flow of invoice lifecycle data.

Functional Expertise in SAP P2P & AP :

- Analyze current AP and procurement processes.

- Provide insights into invoice processing, 3-way match, GR/IR, vendor management.

- Support design and documentation of business process changes.

Technical Development & Troubleshooting :

- External & Confidential

- Create functional specifications for customizations.

- Work with development teams on ABAP, IDocs, BAPIs, APIs.

- Monitor and resolve integration and workflow errors.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

- Validate end-to-end invoice processing scenarios.

- Troubleshoot defects with AppZen and internal teams.

Deployment, Change Management, and Support :

- Support go-live planning, cutover, and hypercare.

- Train AP teams and business users.

- Provide ongoing support post-deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :



- 10+ years of progressive hands-on experience in Oracle Techno Functional roles.

- Mandatory Fusion Experience : Extensive Fusion Finance implementation experience is a must, demonstrating proficiency across GL, AP, and PO modules.

- Integration Depth : Proven implementation experience on OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), including proficiency in complex orchestration design and development using various adapters.

- ERP Functional Expertise : Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12 P2P and Expense modules.

- Core Database Skills : Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and PL/SQL development and tuning.

- Project Delivery : Demonstrated success in end-to-end project delivery, ideally within finance and procurement domains, with a focus on solution design and delivery leadership.

- Stakeholder Management : Experience in client-facing roles, adept at translating business requirements into technical specifications and presenting solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
