Key Skills Were Looking For :

- Python (6+ years).

- Django / Flask / FastAPI.

- MongoDB, Postgres, SQL Queries, ClickHouse.

- External Integrations, REST Framework.

- Microservices architecture.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving & analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently on complex modules.

- Comfortable working in PST hours + weekend support when required.

Good to Have :

- Distributed systems / async processing.

- Cloud exposure.

- CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Role Overview :

- Build and maintain scalable backend systems & microservices.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps & Product teams.

- Troubleshoot production issues with ownership.

- Ensure clean, well-structured, and high-quality code.
