Job Title : Senior Backend Engineer (Python & AI Full-Stack)

About the Role :

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Backend Engineer to join our core product team. Working closely with our Principal Architect, you will be responsible for building robust, scalable microservices and translating architectural blueprints into production-ready code. While your primary strength lies in backend engineering and Python, you are a true full-stack professional capable of building intelligent AI/LLM-driven features and seamlessly connecting them to a modern React.js frontend.

Key Responsibilities :

- Microservices Development : Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure microservices using Python frameworks.

- AI Integration : Implement and optimize GenAI features, including LLM prompt engineering, vector database indexing, and API integrations with AI models.

- Full-Stack Execution : Bridge the gap between backend logic and UI by developing reusable components and state management logic in React.js.

- Data Management : Design efficient database schemas, optimize complex queries, and manage transactional data across SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Cloud & CI/CD : Deploy, monitor, and maintain services on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), ensuring seamless automated CI/CD pipelines.

- Code Quality & Mentorship : Write clean, test-driven code (TDD), participate in rigorous code reviews, and mentor mid-level engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 9+ years of professional software development experience, with a heavy emphasis on production-grade backend systems.

- Python Mastery : Deep expertise in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

- Frontend Capabilities : 2+ years of hands-on experience building interactive UIs with React.js and state management libraries (Redux/Context API).

- AI & LLM exposure : Practical experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), or framework libraries like LangChain/LlamaIndex.

- Microservices & Cloud : Proven track record of designing distributed systems, RESTful/gRPC APIs, and working with cloud services (AWS Lambda, ECS, or Azure equivalents).

- Databases : Strong proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL/Vector databases (MongoDB, Redis, Pinecone).
