Lead Python Engineer (AI & Full Stack)

Location : Pune (Hybrid).

Experience : 8+ Years.

We are looking for a Lead Python Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable AI-powered applications using Python, React, TypeScript, Cloud, and modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

- Build modern web applications using React.js and TypeScript.

- Design and develop REST APIs and Microservices.

- Build scalable system architecture and optimize application performance.

- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs and AI coding assistants such as Claude, Codex, and GitHub Copilot.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers.
