Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer (Python/Golang) with 47 years of hands-on expertise in architecting and building backend systems at scale.

In this role, you will lead critical backend initiatives, ensure system reliability for millions of users, and drive engineering excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, architect, and implement high-performance backend services using Python and Golang.

- Develop scalable APIs and services powering mobile, web, and platform applications.

- Define efficient data models and optimize interactions with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Lead cloud-native development, infrastructure setup, and deployment on AWS.

- Optimize systems for high availability, low latency, and massive throughput.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and refine engineering processes.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure long-term stability.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, DevOps, and design teams to deliver business-critical solutions.

Requirements :

- 4 to 7 years of strong backend engineering experience with Python or Golang.

- Deep understanding of relational and document databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) including schema design and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience deploying and scaling services on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3).

- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and distributed system architecture.

- Proficiency with Docker, Git workflows, and CI/CD tools.

- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to own large system components and drive them from concept to production.

- Experience mentoring engineers or leading small teams is a plus.
