Role Overview :

We are looking for a talented Junior Backend Developer with 24 years of experience to contribute to the design and development of high-performance backend systems.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex backend problems, enjoys building reliable services, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend services using Python or Golang.

- Build secure, efficient, and scalable APIs for mobile and web applications.

- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design optimized data models and queries.

- Contribute to deploying and managing applications on AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda).

- Collaborate closely with product, mobile, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end.

- Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and follow best development practices.

- Monitor application performance and assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues.

- Learn and adopt new technologies as required to improve system reliability and performance.

Requirements :

- 2 to 4 years of experience in backend development with Python or Golang.

- Solid understanding of relational and document-oriented databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience building RESTful APIs and working with microservices or service-oriented architecture.

- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems basics.

- Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code.

- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a highly collaborative environment
