Key activities are to :
- Provide remote product support, inclusive of technical mentoring, problem troubleshooting, and the provision of solution based on configuration parameter change or workarounds for product defects/limitations.
- Provide production support on issues faced during day to day operations and running of system real time & batch interfaces.
- Should have excellent customer facing & communication skill, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle customer expectation for issues received over email or verbally.
- Need to update customer verbally or via email on the progress made towards resolution of an issue reported.
Role :
- Technical & application support of a world class retail sales & inventory management system used by top telecommunications service providers in US, Europe & Asia.
- Provide diagnostics & troubleshooting & solutions to product & production issues.
- Need to work in a global team located across the globe to provide product on SLA and to meet quality standards.
- Verbal and written communication with international customers.
