Application Solution Architect - Java/.Net

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the technology selection, architectural blueprinting, and design of enterprise-grade

solutions.

- Engage with stakeholders - product, engineering, business, and leadership - to translate

requirements into well-defined technical architectures.

- Provide technical guidance across teams through code reviews, architecture reviews, and

mentoring.

- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural

principles.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance are embedded

throughout the solution lifecycle.

- Architect and design cloud-native solutions, including containerized workloads, microservices,

APIs, and event-driven architectures.

- Collaborate with DevOps/SRE to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines, observability, operational

readiness, and deployment strategies.

- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive innovation and continuous

improvement.

- Create and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and reference models.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on expertise with modern tech stacks - Java/.NET/Node.js, microservices, REST/gRPC,

event streaming, etc.

- Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Deep understanding of cloud-native patterns, containerization (Docker), and orchestration

(Kubernetes).

- Strong grasp of security best practices, API security, performance tuning, and high-availability

architectures.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automation frameworks.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking.

- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making in complex architectural scenarios.
