Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Application Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server Administration. The role will be responsible for managing Alteryx platform operations, workflow development and optimization, automation, governance, production support, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams, IT, offshore/onshore teams, and vendors to ensure platform stability, effective incident resolution, timely releases, and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Alteryx platform operations, administration, and production support.

- Monitor workflows, schedules, jobs, and overall platform health.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Alteryx workflows based on business requirements.

- Drive incident resolution and ensure compliance with defined SLAs.

- Gather and translate business requirements into effective Alteryx solutions.

- Review and optimize workflow performance and execution.

- Manage Alteryx upgrades, patches, and release deployments.

- Manage scheduling, automation, job monitoring, and operational activities.

- Maintain platform security, access controls, and governance.

- Manage release and environment activities across Alteryx platforms.

- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and external vendors.

- Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.

- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members.

- Support continuous improvement of Alteryx platform operations and processes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer.

- Strong experience in Alteryx Server Administration.

- Expertise in Alteryx workflow development and optimization.

- Experience with scheduling, automation, and job monitoring.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and data integration.

- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

- Experience in release and environment management.
