Job Title : Application Lead MongoDB

Location : Bengaluru, India

Experience Required : Minimum 3 years in MongoDB

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and configuration of applications with a focus on MongoDB. You will act as the primary point of contact for all application-related activities, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and guide the development team through successful project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead application design, build, and deployment efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application requirements.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MongoDB and related technologies.

- Contribute to technical discussions, provide innovative solutions, and resolve complex issues.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and user experience are optimized.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend best practices.

- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Professional and Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (minimum 3 years).


- Proficiency in database design, schema modeling, and performance optimization.

- In-depth knowledge of application development frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java, or Python frameworks).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment strategies.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.

Additional Information :

- This position is based onsite in Bengaluru.

- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.

- Candidates are expected to work independently and lead by example.
