Experience Required : Minimum 8 years (with 5+ years in Application Development and 3+ years in Spring Boot RESTful APIs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Application Lead to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of enterprise-grade applications. You will act as the primary point of contact for the application development team and will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end application development efforts, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Act as the technical point of contact for design and implementation decisions.

- Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to develop robust and secure APIs and microservices.

- Drive best practices for coding, testing, code reviews, and documentation.

- Oversee issue resolution, debugging, and performance tuning using modern tools.

- Manage code versioning and workflow using Git/Bitbucket.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS, PCF, or OpenShift.

- Ensure adherence to code quality metrics and resolve Sonar issues.

- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and other technical teams throughout the SDLC.

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Strong Core Java skills with proven experience in scalable enterprise applications

- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA

- Hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices (minimum 3 years)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment using AWS, PCF, or OpenShift

- Proficient in debugging complex applications and resolving performance issues

- Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic or Dynatrace is desirable

- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

- Good understanding of version control workflows (Git/Bitbucket)

- Knowledge of code coverage tools and fixing SonarQube issues

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in business functionality

- Availability to work in the 12 PM 10 PM IST shift

- This is a full-time, office-based role located in Hyderabad.

- The candidate must have at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on Spring Boot and Java-based development.

- Candidates should have completed 15 years of formal education from a recognized institution.
