Responsibilities :

- The Application Development Lead manages a team of application engineers and oversees the development of software applications.

- Responsibilities include setting technical direction, and ensuring successful implementation.

- You will collaborate with other departments to align application development with organizational objectives and provide technical leadership.

- Strong leadership and application development expertise are essential.

- Lead the design and development of advanced application solutions.

- Define best practices for application development and deployment.

- Oversee application project execution and resource management.

- Ensure alignment of application solutions with business objectives.

- Provide technical leadership on application initiatives.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Conversational AI, with at least 45 Dialogflow CX projects delivered end-to-end.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Playbooks, Google ADK, and Generators.

- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients and Google product teams.

- Experience in manual testing, intent/entity validation, and flow optimization.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
