Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated Application Developer Microsoft Modern Workplace (L2 Support) with 13 years of experience in Microsoft 365 technologies and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and supporting business applications using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams, along with providing L2 technical support for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and support applications using Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.

- Provide L2 technical support by troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

- Design and develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Configure and manage SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

- Create automated workflows to streamline business processes.

- Develop forms, dashboards, and reports to improve user productivity.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.

- Monitor application performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.

- Participate in testing, deployments, and application enhancements.

- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

- Follow security, governance, and compliance standards for Microsoft 365 applications.

Required Skills & Experience :

Primary Skills :

- 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. SharePoint Online

2. Microsoft Teams

3. OneDrive

4. Exchange Online

- Experience in developing applications using :

1. Power Apps

2. Power Automate

- Knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and site customization.

- Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.

- Strong troubleshooting and L2 support skills.

Secondary Skills :

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.

- Understanding of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance.

- Exposure to CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.

- Basic UI/UX design principles for business applications.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Power BI is a plus.

- Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is desirable.

- Exposure to Microsoft Dataverse.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft 365 certifications are an added advantage.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
