- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on Guidewire Claim Center.

- Configure application components including entities, PCFs, workflows, rules, and integrations.

- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Lead end-to-end development activities, including coding, unit testing, debugging, and documentation.

- Provide technical leadership to the development team, reviewing code and ensuring implementation best practices.

- Integrate Claim Center with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs and messaging frameworks.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform impact analysis for system enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, coding standards, and performance best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 10 years of total IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire Claim Center.

- Experience in Guidewire configurations :

1. PCF, Gosu scripting

2. Data model changes

3. Business rules & workflows

4. Plugins and integration points

- Strong understanding of Claim Center architecture and claim lifecycle processes.

- Experience in Guidewire Suite integration, messaging, and web services.

- Solid knowledge of Java, Gosu, and object-oriented principles.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Ability to lead a team of developers and mentor junior engineers.

Preferred Skills :

- Guidewire certifications (Claim Center preferred).

- Experience with GIT, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.

- Prior experience working with insurance domain workflows and claim processing.

- Knowledge of SQL and performance optimization.
