Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain web, enterprise, and business applications based on project and client requirements.

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical application solutions.

- Design and develop application modules, backend services, APIs, integration components, and database-driven solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, reusable, secure, and well-documented code.

- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, QA teams, UI/UX teams, technical leads, and other developers.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

- Support application deployment, maintenance, upgrades, performance improvements, and issue resolution.

- Work with databases to design queries, stored procedures, data models, and application-level data handling.

- Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, usability, and reliability standards.

- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Integrate applications with third-party platforms, APIs, enterprise systems, internal tools, and client technology environments as required.

- Follow software development best practices, coding standards, version control processes, documentation guidelines, and delivery timelines.

- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and technology enhancement initiatives within NR Consultings delivery ecosystem.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in application development using technologies such as Java, . NET, Python, PHP, JavaScript, or related frameworks, depending on project requirements.

- Good understanding of web application development, backend development, APIs, and database integration.

- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, application architecture, integration concepts, and service-based development.

- Experience with version control tools such as Git.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Ability to write clean, structured, maintainable, and secure code.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative and deadline-driven team environment.

- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical, scalable technology solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, Docker, or Kubernetes.

- Exposure to frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, workflow automation platforms, or internal business

systems.

- Understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, data protection, and secure coding practices.

- Experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade, and client-facing applications.

- Exposure to staffing, workforce management, HR technology, recruitment platforms, or business process applications will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
