Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Application Architect with a minimum of 10+ years of total experience and 5+ years of hands-on, relevant expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The ideal candidate will be a technical leader responsible for translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable architectural solutions. This role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to driving best practices for a unified customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deliver robust architectural solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to support a seamless customer experience.

- Serve as a technical expert for discussions with business partners, translating their requirements into comprehensive architecture and code-level designs.

- Drive process adherence and apply functional marketing expertise and best practices to enterprise processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Client TSIs and IT leads, to develop integrated solutions and resolve technical dependencies.

- Provide technical oversight and guidance to customer journey development teams, ensuring the quality and scalability of their solutions.

- Review and validate business requirement documents for journeys and provide essential training support, including in-platform shadowing and demos for client associates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture.

- At least 5+ years of relevant, hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

- Strong functional marketing and technology expertise to apply to enterprise processes.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical architectural solutions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in providing technical guidance and oversight to development teams.
