Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of technical resources for designated applications or IT processes.

- Responsible for SLAs, incident management, enhancements and projects related to assigned applications or IT processes.

- Develop and implement technology policies, procedures, and protocols.

- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.

- Help develop solutions to bring value supporting internal customers' strategy and initiatives.

- Communicate timely and effectively with the relevant parties on all relevant topics.

Projects :

- Manage assigned IT projects or project deliverables directly or through subordinates or external parties.

- Collaborate with internal teams, third parties, including service providers, vendors, or customers.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of the organization's applications, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are developed using best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption of new technologies.

Job Specifications :

- Over 10 years of diverse experience in IT, including 5+ years in managerial roles with a strong focus on team leadership and operations management.

- 3+ years of experience in apparel sourcing and retail supply chain environments is an advantage.

- Proven track record in managing ERP and enterprise-class projects, with deep hands-on experience across the IT application lifecycle, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and test management processes.

- Prior involvement in SQL, SSAS, SSIS and SSRS severs development, upgrades, and delivery is a strong asset.

- Skilled in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with solid experience in Microsoft technologies.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with detail-oriented and strong multi-tasking capabilities.

- Adept at building cross-functional and global relationships, with experience managing technical development teams of varying seniority levels, including remote team leadership.
