We are seeking an experienced Appian professional to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Appian applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Appian BPM, integrations, and reporting, along with leadership capabilities to guide a small team and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Certification : Appian Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 (Mandatory)

Notice Period : 0 to 15 Days

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Appian-based applications in alignment with business requirements and Appian best practices.

- Architect and implement end-to-end Appian solutions, including process models, user interfaces, records, and reports.

- Design and develop integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and other integration mechanisms.

- Apply strong knowledge of Appian objects, including Groups, Process Models, Security Roles, Records, and Custom Data Types (CDTs).

- Design and develop complex reports and dashboards using Appian reporting capabilities.

- Manage and optimize rules, expressions, and CDTs, clearly understanding their benefits, limitations, and performance implications.

- Ensure adherence to Appian-recommended design standards, performance optimization, and security guidelines.

- Participate actively in Agile Scrum activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Use tools like JIRA for sprint tracking, defect management, and project reporting.

- Lead and mentor a small technical team, providing guidance on design decisions, code quality, and best practices.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

- Collaborate with business users, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Engage in client-facing interactions, including requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and status updates.

- Support application deployments, production releases, and post-go-live support activities.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user guides.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.

- Strong expertise in Process Design, Security, CDTs, Group Management, and Reporting.

- Proven experience in third-party integrations.

- Appian L1/L2/L3 Certification (mandatory).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience working directly with clients or at client sites is a strong advantage
