Appian Developer - Java

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development & Design : Develop sophisticated Appian applications, ensuring solutions meet business needs, are scalable, and align with best practices.

- Team Collaboration & Oversight : Support the Tech Lead in overseeing the work of junior and mid-level developers through regular peer reviews, coaching, and feedback.

- Support & Optimization : Identify and implement improvements to existing applications for enhanced performance and maintainability.

- Process Analysis & Improvement : Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to identify process automation opportunities.

- Quality Assurance : Oversee rigorous testing processes, ensuring robust application functionality and performance.

- Documentation : Produce and review technical documentation including workflows, configurations, and deployment procedures.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Appian SAIL, expression rules, and interfaces.

- Extensive SQL JAVA, SQL, Python or object-oriented programming and database management experience.

- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

- 6 to 8 years of experience (4 to 5 years in Appian)

- Certified Senior Developer.

- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

- Experience with Appian Process HQ and Case Management Studio.

- Exposure to Appian 24.4 (or latest) features and recommended patterns.
