We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing BPM solutions.

The role involves building and optimizing Appian applications, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems, and following best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize Appian applications including interfaces, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Apply Appian best practices for performance and scalability across modules.

- Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, REST/SOAP, RDBMS, and third-party services.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications.

- Prepare technical documentation and support UAT and production activities.

- Ensure performance optimization, security, and maintainability in all Appian components.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of strong Appian development experience.

- Expertise in SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites, and Appian integrations.

- Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Connected Systems.

- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

- Familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred :

- Appian Level 2 Certification or higher.
