Role & Responsibility :

We are looking for a Python Engineering Manager to join our customer's solutions engineering team.

You will be working closely with customer to deploy solutions across global customer deployments.

Our client is an industry leading AIOps platform designed to provide instant, real-time actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures.

By bringing together multiple sources of data into one easy to use platform, IT teams can troubleshoot network issues faster, avoid downtime, reduce MTTR and improve efficiency.

Skills :

- 2+ years experience managing and hiring engineers on teams ranging from 5-10 reports, with 6+ total years of experience in fast paced engineering roles.

- Familiarity with technologies, programming languages, and frameworks, such as Django, Python, React, Postgres, SQL, AWS, GCP, RDS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology.

- Experience managing a high-performance team of both junior and senior talent in fast paced, startup-like environments.

- Experience planning team roadmaps and goals as a product-minded engineering leader.

- Ability to balance priorities, tradeoffs, and cross-functional initiatives working closely with product, finance, engineering and other organizational departments to drive successful business outcom.

- Has a solid understanding and can demonstrate through daily tasks how the architecture, design, and data flow of the application they support for purposes of effective script design.

- Can read, develop, debug, and maintain simple to advanced automation scripts/ code Independently.

Responsibilities :

- Be a expert on customer's operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows;.

- Take a hands-on role in the deployment of product to meet customer requirements;.

- Collaborate with engineering team deployment plans for POC, and lead to completion of deployment;.

- Improve the product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.
