Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-caliber API Management Architect to lead the design and orchestration of enterprise-grade cloud solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

With over 12 years of experience, you will act as a technical visionary, bridging the gap between business strategy and scalable execution.

This role demands an "API First" philosophy, where you will architect robust, secure, and high-throughput gateways to power digital transformation.

You will be responsible for building complex Azure cloud workflows and data pipelines using .NET, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.

As a leader of medium-to-large engineering squads, you will drive productivity through rigorous code reviews, unit testing strategies, and mentorship, ensuring all deliveries align with defined SLAs and architectural standards.

Responsibilities :

- API Ecosystem Architecture : Own the technical vision for the API lifecycle, implementing an API First approach to design, build, and scale secure API Gateways.

- Complex Cloud Engineering : Architect and implement scalable, secure Azure cloud/data solutions, workflows, and pipelines that strictly adhere to defined solution architectures.

- Microservices & Integration Orchestration : Develop and govern complex integration patterns using Azure Service Bus for asynchronous messaging and Logic Apps for automated workflows.

- .NET Technical Leadership : Lead the backend engineering efforts using .NET to build high-performance services that interface with modern cloud-native components.

- Stakeholder Alignment : Collaborate closely with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Data Analysts to define both technical and functional requirements for the solution.

- Engineering Mentorship : Lead medium-to-large sized teams, providing coaching and mentorship to data and cloud engineers to elevate team productivity and technical excellence.

- Governance & Code Excellence : Drive engineering standards through regular code reviews, status reporting, and the continuous monitoring of team performance and output.

- Delivery Governance : Ensure strict adherence to delivery schedules and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all platform components.

- Quality Engineering : Define and enforce comprehensive unit testing strategies to ensure defect-free product delivery in a high-concurrency production environment.

- Executive Reporting : Participate in regular leadership reviews, providing data-driven updates on project health, team velocity, and technical milestones.

Technical Requirements :

- Azure Mastery : 12+ years of experience in cloud architecture with deep-tier expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services.

- API Governance : Proven experience in managing Azure API Management (APIM) and designing API Gateways for enterprise-scale traffic.

- Integration Stack : High proficiency in Azure Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus for building event-driven architectures.

- Backend Engineering : Expert-level knowledge of .NET and C# for developing secure and performant cloud applications.

- Automation & Pipelines : Hands-on experience building complex data pipelines and automated cloud workflows.

- Leadership Depth : Demonstrated ability to lead and track the productivity of large engineering teams in a distributed environment.
