- We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Django Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Python and the Django framework.


- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-driven solutions.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django


- Build and integrate RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party applications


- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices


- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security


- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB


- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms


- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications


- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams


- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions


- Maintain technical documentation and deployment processes


- Support application deployment and production releases


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field


- Minimum 2 years of experience in Python development


- Strong hands-on experience with Django / Django REST Framework (DRF)


- Proficiency in writing REST APIs and backend services


- Strong knowledge of ORM, MVC/MVT architecture


- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate)


- Proficiency in database design and SQL queries


- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems


- Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization


Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :


- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools


- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP


- Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or message queues


- Experience working with Linux-based environments


- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
