About the Role :
Anoud Technologies is looking for an experienced Manager Infrastructure & Security to lead the Centre of Excellence (COE) covering Infrastructure and Networks, Security Operations, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
The role requires hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Cisco networking, server virtualization, Palo Alto firewalls, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, along with strong leadership skills to manage and mentor technical teams delivering enterprise-grade datacenter and security services.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Infrastructure & Networks :
- Lead and oversee day-to-day datacentres operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and compliance with organizational SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure needs.
- Manage Microsoft 365 Exchange, Intune, Defender, Entra, and Teams environments.
- Administer server virtualization environments VMware, Hyper-V, or Solaris, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
- Manage HP BladeSystem enclosures, Dell PowerStore, and HP Alletra Storage.
- Manage Cisco L2/L3 network switching and WLAN infrastructure.
- Design cloud workloads on Azure and GCP.
- Manage routine infrastructure maintenance, firmware, and patch updates.
- Supervise datacenter physical infrastructure including power, cooling, cabling, and vendor coordination.
- Configure and monitor health checks and performance via Zabbix.
- Collaborate with ISPs to manage links.
- Experience with Ameyo, 3CX, Ribbon SBC, Cisco CUCM, and UCCX is an added value.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools is an added value.
2. Security :
- Lead and mentor the security operations team in managing advanced security infrastructure Palo Alto firewalls, F5 LTM and ASM.
- Direct real-time threat monitoring strategies using Wazuh SIEM and LogRhythm.
- Manage Proofpoint Email Protection, PSAT, CrowdStrike, and TrendMicro.
- Apply SPF, DKIM, and DMARC standards.
- Implement and monitor VPN technologies including site-to-site and remote access.
- Maintain working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and applicable privacy laws.
- Ensure alignment with corporate security frameworks and privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with audit teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
3. Oracle Cloud :
- Oversee deployment and optimization of enterprise-grade SPARC hardware.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of hybrid IT infrastructure spanning on-premises datacenters and cloud platforms, especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, security, and databases such as Oracle DB, Oracle WebLogic, MongoDB, and Jasper reporting software.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of client-hosted managed datacenter services.
- Collaborate with software development teams to understand deployment architecture requirements and provide infrastructure support.
- Analyze existing architecture and recommend improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Handle configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of database environments with emphasis on Oracle and NoSQL databases.
- Manage cloud migrations, hybrid infrastructure, and disaster recovery planning within OCI and other cloud platforms.
- Interface regularly with clients to understand needs, manage expectations, and provide managed infrastructure solutions.
- Supervise and mentor technical teams to deliver seamless infrastructure and hosting services.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 12 to 20 years of overall experience in Infrastructure and Security, with proven experience in a manager-level role.
- Mandatory hands-on expertise in : Microsoft 365 Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V or Solaris, Windows Server, HP BladeSystem enclosures / Dell PowerStore / HP Alletra Storage, Cisco L2/L3 network switching, Palo Alto firewalls (F5 LTM and ASM), Wazuh SIEM / LogRhythm, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience in the Insurance domain (GTH) preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Infrastructure, Networking, or Security (e.g., CCNP, PCNSE, OCI, ISO 27001) preferred.
- Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
