Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using modern frameworks (Kotlin, Jetpack, MVVM, etc.).

- Set up and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline for automated build, test, and deploy cycles.

- Implement comprehensive mobile analytics and leverage Firebase (Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, Performance Monitoring, etc.) for app quality, realtime monitoring, and feature experimentation.

- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to develop and integrate innovative features.

- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.

- Stay updated on the latest Android, InsureTech, and regulatory trends.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 to 6 years of Android app development; at least 2 years in Kotlin and modern Android architecture.

- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or CircleCI), including writing and maintaining pipelines.

- Hands-on expertise with Firebase products (Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Remote Config, etc.) and integrating mobile analytics solutions (Google/Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).

- Experience with Android SDK, modular app development, REST APIs, Retrofit/OkHttp.

- Exposure to mobile app releases, Google Play workflows, and beta distribution (Play Console, Firebase App Distribution).

- Solid understanding of code quality practices (testing, code reviews, linting).

- Clear communicator and strong collaborator.

- Experience in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries is a plus.

Nice-to-have :

- Knowledge of cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and DevOps.

- Skills in A/B testing and advanced analytics for growth optimization.
