Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our engineering team and build high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, Jetpack, and Jetpack Compose, along with a solid understanding of modern Android development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications.

- Develop modern Android UI using Jetpack Compose and traditional Android UI frameworks where required.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Kotlin and Java.

- Work extensively with Android Jetpack components such as ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, and Lifecycle.

- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver features end-to-end.

- Troubleshoot bugs, optimize application performance, and ensure application stability.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest Android SDKs, libraries, and development trends.

Required Skills:

- 46 years of professional experience in Android application development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java.

- Good knowledge of Android SDK and Android application architecture.

- Strong experience with Jetpack components.

- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI development.

- Good understanding of MVVM/MVI or similar architectural patterns.

- Experience with REST APIs and third-party SDK/library integration.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

- Good understanding of Git and software development lifecycle.

Preferred:

- Experience in building and publishing production-grade Android applications.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
