Key Responsibilities :

- Translate complex business problems into analytical questions and extract meaningful insights from data.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop problem-solving approaches and build scalable solutions.

- Deliver high-quality, error-free outputs within agreed timelines.

- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

- Apply analytical solutions across diverse business domains and functions.

- Contribute to internal priorities while mentoring junior analysts and supporting knowledge development.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics and business consulting.

- Strong domain knowledge in BFSI, with exposure to growth and engagement analytics.

- Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading stakeholder discussions.

- Expertise in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL); ability to write complex queries and perform data integrity checks.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Tableau.

- Solid understanding of hypothesis testing and statistical concepts.

- Hands on experience with Python and predictive modeling techniques.

- Skilled in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and PowerPoint for business presentations.

- Capable of taking full ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision.

- Adheres to high standards of work ethics, transparency, and accountability.
