Designs, develops, and delivers advanced technical enablement and training programs covering a range of topics, including statistical theory, predictive analytics, machine learning (both supervised and unsupervised), artificial intelligence, text analytics, time series analysis, prescriptive analytics, optimization, and experimentation. Promotes the adoption of SAS software among future, potential, and existing customers, partners, and employees through tailored training and technical enablement initiatives such as blogs, videos, webinars, and workshops.

Required :

- Minimum 7+ years of teaching/training experience, with the ability to handle an audience of 40+ participants.

- Postgraduate degree is mandatory. Masters degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Preference : Candidates with teaching experience in universities or renowned EdTech organizations.

- Strong understanding of analytical methods, statistical modeling, machine learning, or domain-specific applications.

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

- Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in analytics is preferred.

- Experience with SAAS or similar analytics platforms is an advantage.

- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups.

- Strong documentation and content development abilities.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Consulting, or R&D.

- Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Delivers courses, mentoring services, and workshops for Internal and external clients at SAS events, conferences SAS training centers, customer sites and/or via live web.

- Designs and develops training products to increase SAS adoption of advanced analytics and data science, including courses, blogs, videos, webinars, and workshops.

- Conducts extensive research to produce assets related to new data science topics in statistics, economics, AI, and/or machine learning and how to apply the methods to specific scientific and/or business applications.

- Serves as subject matter experts to Customer Success, sales, and consulting for AI and machine learning concepts, methods, and applications.

- Works closely with Research and Development and/or Cloud Information Services to provide feedback and testing regarding software quality issues and recommend enhancements.

- Works on special projects, which may include internal and external advanced analytical consulting projects, independently or under the direction of a more senior analytical training consultant or a project leader.

- Works with customers and various functional areas within the company to solve novel business problems in advanced analytics.

- Develops items to analytical certification exams.

- Reviews and writes documentation for the Division and other divisions as needed.

- Acquires subject matter expertise necessary to relate advanced analytical methods to specific scientific and business applications.

- Assists other analytical training consultants in workshop sessions for training courses, including advance courses.
