Job Title : Golang Developer with Temporal.

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Backend Engineer with strong proficiency in Golang and hands-on experience working with Temporal (Temporal.io) to join our growing engineering team.

You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant, and distributed systems using Temporal workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement backend services and distributed workflows using Golang and Temporal.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable backend systems.

- Build and maintain APIs and microservices with a strong focus on performance and reliability.

- Ensure best practices in software engineering, architecture, and clean code standards.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and robustness.

- Monitor and debug production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and improve the observability of backend systems.

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in backend development using Golang.

- Strong hands-on experience with Temporal.io (workflows, activities, workers, signals/queries, etc.

- Solid understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous programming models.

- Experience building and deploying RESTful or gRPC APIs.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
