Role : Lead / Principal AI Engineer (Agentic AI & LLMs)

About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Leader to architect and deliver production-grade agentic AI systems (multi-step reasoning, tool use, memory, and multi-agent orchestration). You will bridge the gap between high-level product vision and robust, scalable engineering, setting the technical direction for our AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect Agentic Systems : Design robust architectures covering task decomposition, guardrails, fallback strategies, and evaluation frameworks.

- Rapid Prototyping & Execution : Fast-prototype new agent capabilities, validate feasibility, and lead the team through production deployment.

- Production Ownership : Own the reliability, observability, tracing, cost management, and latency optimization of LLM systems in production.

- Technical Leadership : Set engineering standards, conduct code/architecture reviews, and align AI initiatives with executive business priorities.

What We Are Looking For :

- Experience : 8+ years in ML/AI, with 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping agentic or LLM systems to production.

- Agentic Expertise : Deep understanding of agentic design patterns (ReAct, plan-and-execute, reflection) and frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom orchestration).

- Core Skills : Strong software engineering, advanced RAG pipelines, vector stores, function calling, and structured outputs.

- Ecosystem Knowledge : Up-to-date with the latest in LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), evaluation frameworks, and emerging standards (like MCP).

- Mindset : A builder (not a theorist) who thrives on handling messy production edge cases with speed and pragmatic judgment.
