- Relevant Experience with SAP ECC Provided L1/L2/L3 support for SAP MM module, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.

- Good understanding of IDocs, EDI, and batch job monitoring.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests related to MM processes.

- Monitor and resolve issues related MM cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with other module teams (e.g., SD, FI, PP) and client stakeholders to align deliverables and project milestones.

- Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for the SAP MM module, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and system performance tuning.

- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to the MM process.

- Monitor the end-to-end MM cycle and proactively resolve any process issues or system discrepancies.

- Work independently to manage multiple priorities and support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
