About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer C#/.NET with strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade software solutions for healthcare and medical devices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft technologies, desktop and web application development, and a solid understanding of healthcare standards, compliance, and software quality processes. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, Regulatory, Systems Engineering, and Hardware teams to build secure, reliable, and high-performance healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust healthcare software applications using C# and .NET technologies.

- Develop desktop applications using WPF/WinForms and backend services using .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 6+.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.

- Develop secure and maintainable APIs, microservices, and integration components.

- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

- Ensure software meets healthcare quality, security, and regulatory standards.

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and software development artifacts.

- Support software verification, validation, defect resolution, and product releases.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Agile development practices.

Required Technical Skills :

Core Technologies :

- 8+ years of experience in software development using C#.

- Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 6/7/8.

- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.

- Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and/or WinForms.

- Strong understanding of MVVM architecture.

- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core.

- Strong knowledge of multithreading, asynchronous programming, and memory management.
