- Managing end-to-end business requirements, analysis, validation, and migration in ZSMART Billing System.

- Handling billing, rating, and dunning processes including bill generation and payment workflows.

- Performing functional testing across all billing scenarios.

- Coordinating with development teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

- Demonstrating system functionalities and scenarios to clients.

- Executing E2E billing validation with customers (e.g., BSNL).
