Description :

Automation to Eliminate Manual Work :

- Automate repetitive infrastructure and deployment tasks using pipelines and scripts.

- Develop fully automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Ensure consistent, repeatable deployments across all environments.

Process Automation :

- Streamline deployment, testing, and monitoring processes to support agile delivery.

- Integrate automated security, testing, and validation into pipelines.

- Drive adoption of DevSecOps principles across teams.

Monitoring & Alerting :

- Set up monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Grafana.

- Define and maintain robust alerting rules and dashboards.

- Implement proactive incident response systems to ensure high availability.

Collaboration & Mentorship :

- Work closely with developers, QA, security, and cloud architects to implement secure DevOps practices.

- Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams in adopting DevSecOps tools and practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles with strong emphasis on Azure cloud.

- Proficient in Terraform for Azure infrastructure automation.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.

- Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and cloud-native architectures.

- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools in Azure.

- Deep knowledge of security best practices across the SDLC and cloud environments.

- Experience with container technologies (Docker, AKS) and container security.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-500, or Terraform Associate).

- Experience with policy as code (Azure Policy, OPA).

- Familiarity with zero-trust security, RBAC, and compliance standards like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
