We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Technical Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing and developing scalable applications, leading development teams, and working in agile environments.

This is a leadership role requiring hands-on expertise, architectural insight, and the ability to mentor and guide engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications and solutions.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

- Drive end-to-end ownership of projects from requirements to release.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and frontend developers.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and perform regular code reviews.

- Ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and performance tuning.

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in software development with deep expertise in Python.

- Experience with Django, Flask, or similar Python web frameworks.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Experience leading development teams and delivering high-quality software in an agile setup.
