About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Unix/Linux environments, and containerized systems.

The role involves working with complex, high-performance systems in the financial markets domain, including exposure to OneTick, a proprietary time-series database and real-time analytics platform.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with global teams, and working closely with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain Python-based solutions for data processing and system integration.

- Work on Unix/Linux environments using Bash scripting for automation and operational tasks.

- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Support workflow orchestration and scheduling using Airflow.

- Write and maintain unit tests using Pytest.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Scrum/Agile methodologies.

- Use GitLab CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation.

- Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure high system reliability.

- Engage with clients to understand requirements and support implementation activities.

Technical Skills & Tools :

- Programming : Python 3 (strong hands-on experience).

- Scripting : Unix/Linux, Bash.

- Data & Analysis : Pandas (good to have), JupyterHub.

- DevOps & Cloud : Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow.

- CI/CD : GitLab CI/CD.

- IDEs & Tools : PyCharm or equivalent IDE.

- Collaboration : Jira, Confluence.
