Allianz - Senior Analyst - Tableau/Power BI

Job Description :

Mandatory Skills : Strong Proficiency in advance SQL, BI Tools - Tableau Power BI, Business acumen and stakeholder management & global cross-collaboration, Prefer Product analysis experience & python - is a plus!

Responsibilities :

- Demonstrate strong analytical and statistical skills towards taking complex business problems, wide variety of quantitative data, and provide structured and data-supported practical solutions towards optimizing shipping problems.

- Serve as a trusted partner to business units, translating complex analytical results into business insights, create necessary tools/reports to monitor and ensure program success.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the shipping analytics team.

Expectations :

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, and Excel, Expert in SQL and Excel, should be logically sound.

- Proficiency in a statistical programming language like R or Python would be a plus.

- Preferred skills :These are the good-to-have :Python, Tableau, Product Analytics, AB Testing

- Strong Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and documentation.

- Proven track record of using analytics to drive significant business impact, creating deep-dives and presenting work efficiently.

- Good communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

- Work with IAC and onsite analytics partners depending on the projects

- Past experience in analytics where they have demonstrated ability to understand business context and generate insights from large data sets.
