Description :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong AI knowledge to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in cloud infrastructure, automation, and incident management, with hands-on experience supporting AI/ML workloads in production.

This position requires the flexibility to work in shift-based schedules and the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations, ensure system reliability, and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide operational support for cloud-based environments, including AI Services.

- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure using Terraform and Azure Services.

- Monitor and support Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.

- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using JIRA and ServiceNow.

- Collaborate with development, data, and AI teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.

- Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual overhead and improve platform reliability and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.

- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform or ARM templates).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows.

- Familiarity with GenAI models such as LLMs and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud environment and services (e., AI Service, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics).

- Experience with AI Platform Engineering, AWS Cloud and Databricks is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services and other AI/ML frameworks.

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability concepts.

- Knowledge of LLM and RAGbased solution is a preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
