About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect specializing in No-Code/Low-Code (NCLC) platforms to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of digital transformation solutions across our enterprise.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in platforms such as Tulip Interfaces, Microsoft Power Apps, Salesforce Lightning, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and innovative business solutions.

This role requires a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and leadership skills to bridge the gap between IT and business teams, while ensuring compliance, scalability, and governance of deployed solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Define and own the overall architecture for enterprise-grade solutions using No-Code/Low-Code platforms.

- Evaluate business requirements and map them to optimal platform solutions (Tulip, Power Apps, Mendix, etc.

- Create high-level and detailed solution blueprints, integration patterns, and data flow designs.

Platform Expertise & Delivery :

- Provide hands-on leadership in designing applications across diverse platforms such as Tulip Interfaces for manufacturing, Power Apps for enterprise workflows, and Salesforce Lightning for CRM solutions.

- Establish reusable components, templates, and governance frameworks for rapid application delivery.

- Guide teams in configuring, customizing, and extending NCLC platforms.

Integration & Scalability :

- Architect integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, databases, APIs).

- Ensure solutions are scalable, high-performing, and adhere to security/compliance standards (GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, etc., where relevant).

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate prototypes, and refine solutions.

- Partner with IT, security, and compliance teams to align architecture with organizational standards.

- Mentor development teams and evangelize best practices for NCLC adoption across the enterprise.

Governance & Innovation :

- Define standards for citizen development, ensuring balance between agility and enterprise-grade control.

- Stay updated on emerging NCLC technologies and recommend innovative approaches for digital transformation.

- Contribute to platform selection and vendor assessments.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Experience :

- 10+ years of overall IT/digital solution delivery experience.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and deploying applications on multiple No-Code/Low-Code platforms.

- Strong track record in delivering solutions using platforms such as Tulip Interfaces, Power Apps, Salesforce Lightning, Mendix, Zoho Creator, Quick Base, AppSheet, Airtable, Bubble, Webflow, Xano, Kissflow, Quixy, Clappia.

- Expertise in enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data modeling.

- Experience with governance, security, and compliance frameworks in regulated industries (e.g. , Pharma/Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare) is highly desirable.

Key Skills :

- Deep understanding of No-Code/Low-Code application development lifecycle.

- Strong skills in solution architecture, system integration, and data modeling.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their integration with NCLC solutions.

- Proficiency in workflow automation, UI/UX best practices, and digital process optimization.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to mentor citizen developers and establish CoE (Center of Excellence) practices.
