About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic techno-functional professional to lead complex digital and data-driven projects for global customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical roots, business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced services environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple work-streams-tech, data, QA, analytics.

- Engage directly with enterprise customers, especially in the high-tech domain.

- Translate business needs into actionable solutions and delivery plans.

- Handle stakeholder communication, reporting, risk management, and customer reviews.

- Drive Agile ceremonies, team performance, and timely delivery.

- Lead and collaborate with large cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore).

- Contribute to solutioning, proposals, and continuous delivery improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-12 years in project delivery / program management / techno-functional business analysis.

- Experience working with multiple customers as a vendor/consulting partner.

- Strong exposure to high-tech customer environments.

- Hands-on understanding of microservices, API, data engineering, architecture awareness, and QA.

- Exposure to data science / analytics initiatives.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive objective-focused outcomes.
