We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement low-code/no-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse). You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to automate business processes, build custom apps, and deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).

- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate (Flow).

- Design and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI for business analytics.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and external systems/APIs.

- Implement and manage Dataverse, data connectors, and gateways for secure data access.

- Customize and extend platform capabilities using Power Fx, JavaScript, and custom connectors.

- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, convert them into technical solutions.

- Ensure performance, usability, scalability, and security in developed solutions.

- Provide support, maintenance, and documentation of existing Power Platform solutions.

- Stay current with Power Platform updates, best practices, and Microsoft ecosystem changes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5- 7 years of experience in software development or IT solutions.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform tools : Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) Power BI (basic to intermediate level)

- Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure connectors.

- Familiarity with Power Fx, JSON, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript for form customization and expressions.

- Experience integrating APIs, custom connectors, and third-party data sources.

- Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within the Power Platform.
