Job Overview :

We are looking for a .NET Fullstack Lead Developer with 1215 years of solid experience in designing, building, and leading the development of scalable and high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Angular or ReactJS, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), DevOps pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, requiring excellent coding skills, architectural thinking, and team mentoring abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the full-stack development of complex applications using ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, and Angular/ReactJS.

- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure systems following architectural best practices and patterns.

- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define system architecture and technical solutions.

- Drive implementation of SOLID principles, clean code, and design patterns across the development team.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality and adherence to industry best practices.

- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

- Oversee and guide the integration of applications with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software within Agile/Scrum teams.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to continuous learning and skill development within the team.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and lead root cause analysis.

Required Technical Skills :

Backend :

- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Core.

- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and Entity Framework/Core.

Frontend :

- Strong experience with Angular (v10+) or ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Solid understanding of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, etc.) or AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools : Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform is a plus.

Code Quality & Practices :

- Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube, ReSharper, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, Design Patterns and Architectural Patterns (Layered, Clean Architecture, CQRS, etc.

- Good understanding of Version Control Systems : Git (GitHub, GitLab, Azure Repos).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, AKS, or EKS).

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB).

- Experience with performance tuning and scalability design.

- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
